The website has to show Karsan Buses, Chargers and Services for both USA and Canada, while Temsa coaches we had to show only for Canada.
The goal of the menu was to provide clear navigation by organizing the different bus models into distinct groups: EV Buses, Diesel and Electric Coaches, Services, Charger models, the latest news, and Contacts.

I had the opportunity to work on the logo redesign, where we explored new concepts while focusing on maintaining the letter 'M' or the lightning symbol as key elements.
As transit agencies around Canada and USA know the old logo owners decided to simplify the old logo, but to update the font.
We designed similar looking logos for other companies that operate under one group.
I developed a consistent and responsive design style across the entire website by utilizing REM units for text, ensuring scalability and readability on all devices. Additionally, I implemented swatches for colors and sizes, maintaining uniformity throughout the design and streamlining future updates. This approach ensured a cohesive visual experience while enhancing usability and responsiveness.
Animations enhance a website’s image by creating a more engaging, dynamic, and interactive user experience. Well-executed animations can guide users' attention, highlight important elements, and create a sense of flow that makes the website feel more polished and professional.
Webflow offers incredible flexibility when it comes to creating animations, allowing for both simple and complex interactions to be built seamlessly.
Animations require careful planning and usually take significant time to execute. While I didn’t initially receive a request for animations in this project, I proactively enhanced the website by incorporating them, adding a dynamic and engaging element to the overall design.
Lottie is perfect for adding visually engaging animations that are both responsive and highly interactive, making it a powerful tool for elevating the user experience on websites and apps.
On the website Lottie is used to showcase a bus, however I wasn't able to find images of better qualities.
I enhanced the bus pages by incorporating parallax animations, creating a unique and immersive browsing experience. The subtle movement of elements as page loads makes the content more engaging and visually dynamic. I compressed image assets to optimize load time.
I implemented pop-up hover animations to enhance interactivity and engagement on the website. When users hover over specific elements, such as images or buttons, subtle animations bring the content to life, providing immediate feedback and drawing attention to key features. These hover effects add a modern, polished touch to the design, improving the user experience by making the interface more intuitive and responsive.
I developed all content for the website by carefully analyzing information about the buses, company values, and overall brand culture, ensuring that this culture is effectively communicated and seen online. This involved crafting news updates, articles, and other materials that reflected the company's mission and vision. To support regular updates, I implemented a CMS in Webflow, which facilitated the easy creation and management of articles, streamlining the process for future content updates while ensuring consistency across the website. Through this approach, I aimed to build a cohesive brand identity that resonates with both stakeholders and customers.
I utilized relinking techniques to enhance the flow and navigation of the website, ensuring that users can easily access relevant content throughout their browsing experience. By strategically linking pages and articles, I improved the website's usability, making the journey more intuitive and seamless. This approach not only increased user engagement but also strengthened the overall coherence of the website’s structure. I'm still enhancing the website.
Despite the company’s limited budget and no initial request for video production, I recognized an opportunity to significantly enhance the website’s image through engaging visual content. Taking the initiative, I created professional videos that showcased the company’s values, products, and innovations. These videos not only elevated the website's overall aesthetic but also added depth to the brand’s storytelling. I further leveraged these videos in social media management, using them to increase engagement, promote the company’s offerings, and strengthen its online presence across platforms. This strategic use of video content helped to position the brand as modern and innovative, even within budget constraints.
As the administrator of Damera’s LinkedIn account, I have built its presence from the ground up, starting with zero subscribers. With almost no direct content provided by the company,
I take the initiative to research industry trends, carefully select relevant topics, and consistently stay ahead of transit-related news. Occasionally, I collaborate with staff to obtain client pictures or additional materials when necessary.
Given that the company doesn’t invest in paid advertisements, I focus on creating valuable, engaging content, write articles to attract organic followers and encourage interaction. Respond to our partners and subscribers.
As the transit industry is quite specialized, I prioritize providing insightful and informative posts that appeal to professionals in the field, helping to build credibility and foster engagement. While I don't cover internal company updates, as it’s not a priority for management, I ensure that all content aligns with the company’s goals, vision and positions the brand as a thought leader in the transit space.
In addition to managing content and standard images, I create engaging animations, professional PDF documents, and AI-generated visuals to elevate the brand’s visual appeal and effectively communicate key information. These assets contribute to a more dynamic and polished presentation across the website, social media, and other company materials, ensuring the brand’s consistency and innovation are always at the forefront.
Success in social media management is driven by consistent posting and providing valuable insights to engage the audience. While I am always eager to enhance my work and contribute even more, my efforts on the project are currently aligned with the terms of my contract.
