However, additional tasks such as thorough testing, implementing complex features, SEO optimization, and any necessary revisions can extend the timeline. For example, ensuring your website is fully optimized for all devices and browsers, or conducting in-depth user testing, may require extra time but are essential for a polished, high-quality final product.

A simple website might take about a month, but more complex sites with advanced features, multiple pages, or extensive testing could extend the timeline up to three months or more. Ensuring that every element functions smoothly and performs well on search engines is key to long-term success, and sometimes requires additional time.The more comprehensive the project, the more essential it becomes to allow room for these extra steps to achieve the best possible results.

The minimum starting rate for a project is CAD 2,000 per month. This fee covers my services but excludes additional expenses such as Webflow subscriptions, stock photo or video purchases, music licensing, paid advertising, or cloud storage services.

Account Ownership:
We will set up all Webflow accounts in your name, giving you complete control over your website. This ensures that you own the project from the start, and you’ll have the ability to change passwords and manage access as needed.

‍Project Management:
To keep everything well-organized, all project details and updates will be managed in Trello. This will give you a clear view of the project timeline, tasks, and progress at any stage.

‍Collaboration and Communication:
For ongoing communication and coordination, especially in projects involving multiple team members, we recommend using Slack. This will allow for real-time discussions and quick decision-making.

‍File Sharing and Documentation:All assets such as images, videos, and documents can be securely stored and shared via cloud storage services like Google Drive or Dropbox.

‍Meetings and Reviews:
Any online meetings for progress updates, design reviews, or consultations can be scheduled via Zoom, ensuring effective face-to-face communication.

‍Handover and Training:
Once the project is complete, I will provide you with a full overview and training on how to manage your Webflow site, so you feel confident handling future updates. You will also receive detailed documentation on how to maintain your website.
